PART-1

BACKGROUND

Allama Iqbal formed/created an IMAGINARY PARLIAMENT wherein the Leader of the House; the Dominating Party, is IBLEES himself. The AGENDA under discussion/consultation was the current circumstances/issues/affairs being faced by the masses in, according to Iblees, the baser world. There are five members of the Shaitani Party (شیطانی ٹولہ)۔ Every member contributing and presenting recommendations, and finally the LEADER Iblees/Shaitan makes his CONCLUDING COMMAND to his Party members.

IBLEES/SHAI’TAN (Two faces of the SAME COIN)

Iblees called upon a meeting with his Comrades for Consultation.

IBLEES addressing his Comrades:

ساکنان عرش اعظم کی تمناؤں کا خوں!

عناصر: آگ، پانی، مٹی، ہوا The ESSENTIAL constituents of of the earth; Fire, Water, Sand, Air……..

عناصر کا پرانا کھیل The created old Universe/Baser world (just a game/drama) and the time passing by from ages.

دوں: کمینہ، رزیل The world/people somehow lowest of the low.

IBLEES himself delivers his OPENING SPEECH:

in his parliament, with the following Derogatory remarks about the Created world:

The nature of created world is merely, nothing more than, an ancient game of basic elements and therefore, should not be given much of an importantance.
The created world is a baser world: a world characterized by very low values, and potentially of dishonourable standards.
The world is like a stage where a drama is being played; people with various character enter, play their part and leave, and that is all it’s worth. And this game/drama is on going from ages.
Iblees called/declared this world as the CAUSE of the destruction/unfulfillment of the Wishes/Wants of the Angels; dwelling, in frustration, on the great Empyrean much beyond the worldly horizon.

IBLEES continues his speech and tries to Score his point against the Creator:

اس کی بربادی پہ آج آمادہ ہے وہ کارساز

جس نے اس کا نام رکھا تھا جہان کاف ونوں

کارساز: کام بنانے والا یعنی اللہ تعالی
Allah swt: The CREATOR, the ARCHITECT of the Universe.

جہان کاف ونوں : کن کا جہان
Named Universe; KAAF-O-NOON.

According to Quran, in Aalim-e-Amr, when Allah says “KUN کن”: Be, and it is; happens (فیکون) INSTANTLY, without ANY time phase, as against Aalim-e-Khalq.

REFERENCES FROM QURAN

2: 117 (Al-Baqarah)

بَدِيْعُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ۭوَاِذَا قَضٰٓى اَمْرًا فَاِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ
(سورة البقرة , آیت 117)

تمہارا محدود ذہن تمہیں یہی بتا سکا ہے کہ اللہ کا طریق آفرینش بھی تولید کا ہے۔یعنی وہ طریق جس کی رُو سے ایک باپ کے ہاں بیٹا پیدا ہوتا ہے۔ حالانکہ اللہ وہ ہے جو ساری کائنات کو پہلی مرتبہ (عدم سے) وجود میں لایا ہے۔ اُس کا اندازِ تخلیق یہ ہے کہ وہ جب کسی چیز کے پیدا کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیتا ہے ‘ تو اِس کے ساتھ ہی اُس شے کی تخلیق کا آغاز ہو جاتا ہے۔ ایسی قوتوں کے مالک اللہ کو بیٹے کی کیا احتیاج ہے؟

Ask the Christians: “How can you justify your belief in Allah when you conceive Him as having a son. You have brought Allah to the level of human beings who stand in need of progeny as helpers. Nay, He is far above this concept. His is, all that is in the heavens and the earth and everything therein devoutly follows His Laws. Allah is Omnipotent and has brought such a colossal universe into existence from nothingness. His manner of creation is that when He decides to create a particular thing, the process of its coming into existence begins at once, INSTANTLY.” The possessor of such powers has no requirement for a son.

36: 82 (Ya-Seen)

اِنَّمَآ اَمْرُهٗٓ اِذَآ اَرَادَ شَـيْـــــًٔا اَنْ يَّقُوْلَ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ
(سورة يس , آیت 82)

اُسے تخلیق کے لئے ‘کہیں سے کوئی مسالہ مانگ کر لانا نہیں پڑتا۔ اُس کا قانونِ تخلیق یہ ہے کہ جب وہ کسی شے کے پیدا کرنے کاارادہ کرتا ہے‘ تو اس ارادہ کے ساتھ ہی اس شے کی تخلیق کی ابتدا ہوجاتی ہے۔

He does not have to bring any raw material from anywhere for the purpose of creation. His Law of creation is that whenever He wills something, the process of its creation is initiated right away.

MAFHOOM OF THE POETRY

“The Creator/Fashioner (خالق) of the Universe is bent upon IT’S DESTRUCTION though He gave it the Name,”The world of BE, it SO”. He is now prepared today to bring about it’s DESTRUCTION”:

“I INFUSED in the affluent the madness of Capitalism.”

IBLEES further emphasized that he is the one who has introduced to the RICH the relentless pursuit of wealth and materialism that characterizes Capitalism.

And as we know, with the obsession of wealth accumulation, the moral and ethical implications come with it; Values wither away.

MAFHOOM

Who can dare extinguish or cool down the blazing fire that we INFUSED in the people. In other words, it’s fervor cannot be put to an end easily/extinguished.

WHY?

BECAUSE…..

The tumults are generated and stimulated by the inherent “Passion of Iblees”?

IBLEES concludes his speech by giving following CHALLENGING message:

MAFHOOM

Who could dare and have the courage to bend down the LOFTY branches, of the OLD Tree, those were ELEVATED by our watering.

IN OTHER WORDS:

Who could DARE and have the COURAGE to DESTROY the OLD & POWERFUL IBLEESI System whose foundations are VERY DEEP and it TOOK AGES to CREATE and BUILD such a STRONG SYSTEM?.

The above poetry of Allama Iqbal reminds me the “CONCEPT OF IBLEES” given by Quran.

7: 12 (Al-Aa’raaf)

………..اَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ ۚ خَلَقْتَنِيْ مِنْ نَّارٍ وَّخَلَقْتَهٗ مِنْ طِيْنٍ
(سورة الأعراف , آیت 12)

Allah said to Iblees: “What STOPPED you from NOT being Subservient when I ordered you to do so?”.
Iblees responded: “I am “superior” to him. You have created me of fire and him of mere clay.”

The first councilor praises his master’s set up System: The IBLEESI System as follows: “I can ABSOLUTELY & UNDOUBTEDLY say that the System that you have Established is Strong/Stable and very POWERFUL. The Councilor further confirmed and appreciated the Ibleesi System and it’s benefits; “The people have become very much addicted to it and have even more entrenched in the Habbit of Slavery”. In other words: The Satanic System has further strengthened in the Mind/Psyche of the commoners that they ADMIT that they are quite happy to REMAIN as SLAVES.

People have Internalized their Subservience to the IBLEESI SYSTEM and will not demand FREEDOM. It has been made difficult for them to BREAK FREE from the CHAINS set by the IBLEESI SYSTEM.

What is IBLEESI SYSTEM WHICH IS SO LIKED BY MOST OF THE COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD (ORDER IS RANDOM)?

Material based System, If “some” values DO exist, they are EASILY compromised as required by the CIRCUMSTANCES.
Plenty of Money generated by Corruption
Enjoy life FREE from ALL boundaries; their words become the law.
Gain Power through ILLEGAL money.
Strong Hold
Plenty of resources at their disposal.
Nobody dares to STAND against them OR Challenge them.
Full control of the MASSES
Divide the people in PARTIES
Divide people with other possible divisions.

Drenched in RITUALS; Just Mechanical ACTIONS without understanding the Quranic Salaat; The purpose of Salaat صلاة. From dawn to dusk, these helpless mortals have been ordained (embedded in their minds), BY THE CLERGY, to prostration in Namaz; devoid of the very PURPOSE of “Qayam of Salaat; Establishing the System of Salaat; NIZAM-E-SALA’AT“. They understand SALAAT just to perform a RITUAL of Namaz; Mechanical Actions “standing straight to begin with in Namaz“.

In fact/reality, it is UNLIKELY that the desire, the wish, to come out of the CAGE OF SLAVERY, will EVER crop up or take its birth.

This was really the OPIUM (Intellectual SEDATIVE) most suitable for the People of the East. Their Mind-set/Psyche is drenched in it. They are accustomed to Theoretical part (Passive Acceptance with Intellectual Stagnation) of the DEEN/ISLAM, and fail to Practice it (DEEN/ISLAM demands it to be Practiced; Actualized with غور و فکر و تدبر).

Ilm-e-Qalam (علم کلام) has become just Superficial like the Qawwali (a form of devotion singing with music like the Sufis/People of Tassawwuf belief; Passively acceptance of Ideas/Concepts/Believe System).

Believers are participating in the Pilgrimage and performing merely RITUALS without TRUELY understanding the PURPOSE behind it. They don’t understand the CONCEPT & LOFTY GOAL/MISSION TO BE ACHIEVED through HAJJ, and they keep following RITUALS without getting RESULTS/OUTCOME.

The Believer’s unsheathed SWORD has become DULL/INEFFECTIVE/BLUNT.

There is a question on the Validity of the LATEST ORDINANCE/INTERPRETATION that suggests that DESPAIR OR HOPELESSNESS is ACCEPTABLE? It is a CHALLENGE for that AUTHORITY who SPREAD/PROPAGATE such UNACCEPTABLE IDEAS.

The CHALLENGE is to that AUTHORITY that Declares/Considers THAT “STRUGGLE/FIGHTING BY MUSLIMS in the CAUSE OF ALLAH IS HARAM”. They CREATE MISUNDERSTANDING in the MIND-SET/PSYCHE OF MUSLIMS ABOUT THE TRUTH OF THE NATURE OF “JIHAD” which is PRACTICAL/ACTIVE STRUGGLE FOR AL-HAQQ, JUSTICE AND TO SERVE THE HUMANITY. This misunderstanding generates frustration and passive attitude/behaviour among the Muslims.

MUSLIMS MUST FIRMLY & STEADFASTLY STAND/RISE AGAINST INJUSTICE/BATIL AND PROMOTE AL-HAQQ/TRUTH.

THE HYPOCRITES WHO DISLIKED TO STRIVE WITH THEIR WEALTH AND PERSONS IN ALLAH’S CAUSE (جهاد فى سبيل الله)

9: 81 (At-Taubah)

فَرِحَ الْمُخَلَّفُوْنَ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ خِلٰفَ رَسُوْلِ اللّٰهِ وَكَرِهُوْٓا اَنْ يُّجَاهِدُوْا بِاَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاَنْفُسِهِمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَقَالُوْا لَا تَنْفِرُوْا فِي الْحَرِّ ۭ قُلْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ اَشَدُّ حَرًّا ۭ لَوْ كَانُوْا يَفْقَهُوْنَ

(سورة التوبة , آیت 81) جو (منافقین تمہارے ہمراہ‘ جنگ کے لئے‘ نہیں نکلے) پیچھے رہ گئے ہیں‘ وہ اپنے جی میں بہت خوش ہیں کہ ہم‘ رسول اللہ کی خواہش کے علی الرغم پیچھے بیٹھے ہیں…. انہیں‘ اللہ کی راہِ میں‘ اپنے جان اور مال سے جہاد کرنا‘ بہت ناگوار گزرا۔ (اس لئے یہ خود بھی پیچھے رہے اور دوسروں سے بھی) کہتے رہے کہ دیکھو! اس شدت کی گرمی میں جنگ کے لئے مت نکلو۔ ان سے کہہ دو کہ جہنم کی آگ‘ موسم کی گرمی سے کہیں زیادہ شدید ہے۔ اے کاش! یہ لوگ اس حقیقت کو سمجھ سکتے (کہ اگر اللہ کے نظام عدل واحسان کو شکست ہوجائے اور ظلم واستبداد کے نظام کے ماتحت زندگی بسر کرنی پڑے تو یہ عذاب کس قدر دردانگیز اور شدید ہوگا)۔

O Rasool, those Hypocrites who did not accompany you in the expedition are delighted that they did not obey the Rasool’s orders. They were averse to striving in the cause of Allah with their possessions and their lives (باموالهم و انفسهم). They themselves stayed away and also asked others not to go in the hot weather. Say to them, O Rasool, that the fire of Jahannam is more severe in heat if they could only understand.

ہے وہ سلطاں، غیر کی کھیتی پہ ہو جس کی نظر

Be it a National Assembly or the Court of Parvez, whoever casts a covetous eye on the harvest of others is, in reality, a king.

This couplet contrasts two different forms of governance:

The assembly representing the collective will of the people (مجلس ملت)
The court of a monarch (پرویز کا دربار)

Yet both become identical when driven by greed, exploitation, and imperial desire.

It closely reflects the condition of many current rulers of nations— those more concerned with exploiting the lands, resources, and wealth of others rather than serving the welfare of their own people. Such rulers prioritize selfish interests and evil desires.

بات یہ ہے کہ ہم نے انسان کو پیدا اس لئے کیا تھا کہ وہ خوب محنت اور مشقت کرتے ہوئے (وحی کے تابع رہ کر ) ایک متوازن زندگی بسر کرے اور اس طرح اپنی ذات میں توازن و تناسب پیدا کرے۔

The fact is that We created human being for STRUGGLE & TOIL so that he would put in vigorous efforts, and thus could live a balanced life (keeping himself under the Guidance of Wahi) and thus develop balance and proportion in his personality.
