11.  A place where the administration is responsible to take FIRM ACTIONS agains those who TRY to STOP people participating in the Mosques.

12. Initiate strict Action against those who strive to ruin/destroy the NIZAM-E-MASAJID.

13. A place where the Implementation of the NIZAM-E-MASAJID is fully PROTECTED.

14. Nobody else has the RIGHT to Run, Administer or Maintain the NIZAM-E-MASAJID EXCEPT those who CLOSELY follow Divine System; Those who have Unwavering belief in Allah swt’s Divine System and the Day of Resurrection; Final Accountability. They Strive to Establish the Divine System, and put in vigorous efforts to SET UP the Just Economic Order of Zakaat under NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT, and NIZAM-E-MASAJID play their full ROLE in this regard, without ANY fear (9: 17, 18; At-Taubah).

15. NIZAM-E-MASAJID will not allow any SORT OR SHAPE of Sectarianism.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Allah swt says that in His eyes how can the following two types/groups of persons can stand equal;

“The one just providing water to pilgrims and caring for the Sacred Mosque cannot be equal to the work/efforts of OTHER who has Full Conviction in Divine Laws and the Day of Resurrection; Full Accountability and puts in vigorous efforts in the CAUSE OF ALLAH SWT with their life and wealth; These people will have much Greater RANK with Allah”.

Message:
Allah swt does not Guide those who displace ACTIONS with RITUALS.

16. At mosques; All manifest occasions and subservience to Allah’s Divine system:

a. State Guest House
b. Schools, Education centers,
d. Centers of all types of Trainings, and sports, including preparation and training for wars.
e. Qazi/Courts
f. Command Centers where all Plans including War Plans are discussed.

ROLE OF MOSQUE

PART-2

WHO IS PERMITTED TO ADMINISTER ALLAH’s MOSQUES?

9: 17, 18 and 19 (Taubah)

BACKGROUND

O’ Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen!

1. If enemy attacks you then fully defend yourself against them in war.

2. How can you TRUST the treaties with these enemies? They have violated it at every opportunity?

3. There is an exception with those who made the treaty at Ka’aba (Al-Masjidi-Al-Haram) and kept it.
As long as they keep it, you keep it too.
Allah swt honors those who keep their Commitments!

NOTES:

a. Look at the importance of Commitment. If enemy doesn’t break his commitment, in no way Muslims are permitted to break it.
If we break it, Allah swt will dishonor us.

b. Look at the importance of Commitment, especially made at Mosques; the Centers of the Divine System.

c. Any non-Muslim can enter even Masjidi-Al-Haram (The Main Center of the Divine System) for a treaty also.

4. You have to fight with those people who:

A. Keep breaking their solemn Pledges.
B. Did everything to drive you out the Rasool.
C. Attacked FIRST.

Allah swt then questions…..

What? Do you fear them?
No CERTAINLY not. You should only fear the destructive RESULTS of your ACTIONS against Allah swt’s Laws, Principles and Permanent Values.
Steadfastly fight them in the Cause of Allah.

What will be the RESULTS, if you ACT like the above?:

a. Allah swt will punish the opponent at your hands.
b. Allah swt will humiliate them.
c. Allah swt will give you victory over them.
d. The victory which will relieve you from External fears and Internal anxieties.

NOTE:

This is the WAY Allah swt’s Laws Operate.

So, O’ Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen!

Do you think that the victory promised to you will come to you just like that; by performing a few RITUALS, without ANY SOLID ACTIONS.

Once you willingly profess FAITH then it will be made known who amongst you:

a. Struggled real hard in the cause of Allah swt.
b. Befriend NONE other than Allah, the Rasool and the Jama’at-ul-Mu’mineen.
c. Thoroughly tested oneself to be ready and fully equipped to fight in the Cause of Allah.

And, ofcourse, Allah swt is very well AWARE of what you DO; who strives in His Cause!

Yeh SHAHADAT GA’AY ULFAT main QADAM RAKHNA HAE/
LOAG A’ASAN SAMAJHTAIN hain MUSALMAN HOANA.

MAFHOOM (9: 17, 18 and 19)

With the above BACKGROUND, it is crystal clear that the DIVINE SYSTEM and the Centers of the DIVINE SYSTEM; MOSQUES, BE RUN BY the people who are:

1. STRONG and have Unwavering believe in Allah swt and the Final Day of Ultimate Accountability.

2. Fit to Administer or Maintain the NIZAM-E-MASAJID.

3. They consistently put in vigorous efforts, applying/Actualizing the best of their GOD-GIFTED Potentials/Abilities, and ESTABLISH the Divine System; NIZAM-E-SALA’AT.

4. Set-up the Just Economic Order of Zaka’at; NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT.

5. Follow SIRA’AT-E-MUSTAQEEM; The Right Path; Stand in awe of None but Allah swt.

From the above, it is so evident that the Control and Maintenance of Mosques; The Centers of the Divine System should NEVER be with those:

1. Who Associate others with Allah swt (wether; Idols, dead saints, religious and temporal leaders, etc.); Mushriqeen.

2. Whose Rejection of the Divine Order is Self-Evident.

And their ACTIVITIES will go waste (Habitath A’amaal); All their works are in vain, and in agony they shall abide.

It is TRUE that “Mushriqeen” used to provide drinking water to the pilgrims and were caring for the Sacred Mosque, but can they be placed equal to those who believe in Divine System and the Final Accountability, and STRIVE hard in the Cause of Allah swt.
Obviously, they cannot be regarded as equal in the Eyes of Allah swt; the Divine System.

Zalimeen can in NO WAY be considered as following the RIGHT PATH.

NOTE

From all the above, we can clearly see what is the ROLE OF THE MOSQUE; It is a Center of the Divine Order; NIZAM-E-MASAJID, and is directly linked with NIZAM-E-SALA’AT
NIZAM-E-RABOOBIAT
NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT.

ROLE OF MASJID
PART-3 3: 96 (Aa’l-e-Imran)

BACKGROUND

Say, “Allah has declared the TRUTH. Follow then the CREED of Nabi Ibrahim; the Upright who SHUNNED all FALSEHOOD.

MAFHOOM (3: 96)

He ERECTED the FIRST HOUSE appointed for all Mankind, at the blessed (as it is for the purpose of UNITY OF IDEOLOGY which will generate PEACE and give EMINENCE TO HUMANITY, and Humanity will be UNITED AS ONE UMMAT) place Bakka; A source of PEACE AND SECURITY; CENTER OF DIVINE IDEOLOGY!

So, Masjid is a STANDARD for Mankind to UNITE and STAND at their strong feet in line with Allah swt’s Laws, Principles and Permanent Values, and generate PEACE.

It is to serve as a beacon of light for all humanity with FULL DISCIPLINE and Excellent Control; A Community Center for all the people.
Masjid is a place to ACHIEVE UNITY AMONG ALL and SECURITY.
Community Center deals/addresses all the problems and issues of the Community and Seriously Resolve them through dedicated and committed people.
No fighting and negative arguments in the Mosques.

Masjid; At Masjid, adorn yourself with nice attire remaining subservient to Allah swt’s Laws, Principles and Permanent Values.

Enjoy feasts and parties remaining within decent limits.

THE ROLE OF MASJID
(PART-4)

MASJID-E-DHIRAARAN
(THE MOST DAMAGING MASJID)

9: 107 and 108 (At-Taubah)

BACKGROUND

During the journey towards Establishing Islami Falahi Riyasat, resources are obviously needed, and Nabi saws was granted permission to accept the SADAQA’AT; the contributions from the people for the Community Services.
There were people of mixed record of “good and bad deeds”. There were also people who acknowledged and accepted their faults, and were expecting their Taubah to be accepted, as Allah swt’s Divine System is well aware of their inner selves, and also the System has full provision of Protection and growth through the “Law of Respite”.

During this period Messenger was Instructed:

1. Set up a System; NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT; a platform for extensive collective Training and Education of the Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen.

2. To begin with, the Main purpose of the Set-up of the Divine System was:

a. Character Building in line with Permanent Values.

b. Purification of the contaminated preconceived Mind-set/Psyche/Self.

c. Growth of the GOD-GIFTED Abilities/Potentials and to strengthen their Personality/Self/Khudi.

d. Encourage and provide full support to them, as the Messenger’s and System’s Support is a great source of Peace and Itminan to their Self/Khudi/Think-Tank.

e. The believers were to adopt and reflect the Divine Attributes; Asma’a Al-Husnah, in their human capacity.

Allah swt said:

Do they not know that the System that will be established based on Allah swt’s Laws, Principles and Permanent Values, will have the provisions of the Repentance of His servants, and also accepts their contribution for the System, as the System will pay back in various forms under; NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT.

The final Accountability in the Court of Allah swt rests wih Allah swt ALONE; He is knower of Visible and the Invisible.

Ultimately the RESULTS of our Actions will speak what we had been doing in this world. Allah swt is Al-Aleem and Al-Hakeem.

As is clear from the above, The Divine System Established will definitely have THREE BASIC FUNCTIONS:

1. High Character of the Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen
2. Unity of Ideology
3 Complete Harmony/Synchronization and UNITY among the people of the Jama’at.

IMPORTANT NOTE

No System can produce POSITIVE RESULTS without the High Character of People and Unity among them, and the Laws which will be developed for the betterment and benefit of Humanity.

It is quite evident that the System cannot give consistently POSITIVE RESULTS without the above.

MAFHOOM (9: 107 and 108)

Their were hypocrites among the Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen, and were making Schemes against the establishment of the Divine System to Damage and destroy it.

How?

They built a Masjid; Masjidan Dhiraaran with mischievous motives (Swearing that they are are doing ACTS OF GOODNESS WITH GOOD INTENTIONS):

a. To promote disbelief, and
b. To promote Sectarianism/Split among the Believers, and also,
c. As an outpost for those who made war against Allah and His Rasool before; a base for operations for those who had in the past fought against the Divine System.

They will swear, “We only had good Intentions”.
But Allah swt bears Witness that they are LIARS.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE RASOOL ABOUT SUCH MOSQUE

1. You shall not ever
STAND/STEP IN TO such a Masjid!

WHY?

The Mosque is “Masjidan Dhiraaran; The most Damaging Mosque!
The Mosque which causes SPLIT in the Muslims is not at all WORTHY of your presence. You have NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THE MOSQUE (6: 159; Al-An’aam).

Who is saying the above; Allah swt Himself!

Please PONDER again!

It is a MASJID, but what type of a MASJID?

It is a MASJID that has being DECLARED by Allah swt Himself as “Masjidan Dhiraaran; The most Damaging Mosque; Built by people whose mind-sets are contaminated with all types of Factions and Schism”.

WHY?

The Mosque is Built to create; Tafreeqan Bain-Al-Mu’mineen; Creating Sectarianism among the Mu’mineen.

And look at the WARNING to His Rasool about that MOSQUE!

“YOU WILL NOT EVER DARE TO EVEN STAND/STEP IN SUCH A MOSQUE”.

BECAUSE!

The Masjid’s foundations were laid from “Tafreeqan Bain-Al-Muslimeena; Promoting Sectarianism among Mu’mineen”.

The building which they have built will be a source of constant disquiet to them untill their think-tanks are totally disturbed, destroyed and distorted.

IMPORTANT NOTE

With all our Honesty let’s look around and evaluate those Mosques where we regularly go for prayers and confirm that those MOSQUES are not like the mosque as “Masjidan Dhiraaran “.

If so, then remember the WARNING of Allah swt to His Nabi saws about SUCH DAMAGING MOSQUE!

Let’s TATAFAQQAROO together and then be far away from SUCH MOSQUES!

Now, please refer to the following Ayaat of Quran about SECTARIANISM/FIRQAY:

3: 103, 104, 105 (Aa’l-e-Imran)

6: 159 (Al-An’aam)
30: 31 and 32 (Ar-Room).

22: 40 (Al-Hajj)

Allah swt explains one of His Principles applicable to All:

Allah swt will support and provide strength to effectively defend the Community, if the Jama’at is of TRUE believers, Allah swt, through His Pre-Ordained Laws guides True believers how.

In Tansor-Allaho YANSURQUM…..

2. And, obviously, how can Allah provide support and help to those who are not practicing good for human and their welfare, and who deny the Divine System.

Therefore,

It is for the above reason that permission is, therefore, granted to the Mu’mineen who have been oppressed and against whom WAR is being wrongfully waged, to fight but in SELF DEFENCE.
It is built-in in Allah swt’s Laws that He will support Oppressed people.

NOTE

But all the above happens through human beings.

MAFHOOM (22: 40)

22: 40 (Al-Hajj)

Those people who have been driven from their homes unjustly, by the Oppressors…..

Why were they evicted from there homes?

For no REASON other than that they were saying, “Our Rabb is Allah”.
Because they proclaimed Allah ALONE is their SUSTAINER.

NOTE

Evil rebellious forces will NEVER ALLOW people to freely Proclaim, “Allah ALONE is their RABB”. They can’t digest such utterance, as it threatens their Supremacy and Power.

Allah swt has SET RULE/PRINCIPLE about FREEDOM OF WORSHIP; MAZHAB, as the BASIC RIGHT OF ALL!
One can freely PRACTICE MAZHAB as one wants.

No COERCION whatsoever in Deen.

La Ikrah’h Fi-Ad-Deen…..

How?

Imagine if Allah had not enabled people to defend themselves against others, and let loose the REBELLIOUS FORCES do whatever the liked then these negative forces would not have SPARED the places of Worship/Ibadat:

1. Monasteries
2. Churches
3. Synagogues
4. Mosques, where Allah swt’s Name is proclaimed profusely.

These places would have been destroyed long ago by these tyrant forces.

Allah swt will thus most certainly help ANY group which rises to defend the System based on Justice and equity (freedom of worship is the basic right).

Indeed Allah swt is most Powerful and reigns Supreme over everything.
And, ofcourse, is able to Support them (22: 39)

IMPORTANT NOTE

In an Islamic State, if there are Monasteries, churches, synagogues and ofcourse Mosques, and some oppressor tries to damage ANY of the above, then it is A DUTY and RESPONSIBILITY for the State to fully protect the places of worship even if they have to wage war, and sacrifice life, against those oppressors/tyrant forces.

CONCLUSION

QURAN GIVES FULL FREEDOM OF WORSHIP, AS PER THEIR CUSTOMS, TO NON-MUSLIMS.

THIS IS A PART OF NIZAM-E-MASAJID.
