SIRAT-E-MUSTAQEEM
Straight and Balanced Path (Another Aspect of Salaat)
NOTE: There are more than 20 AYA’AT DIRECTLY related to SIRA’AT-E-MUSTAQEEM.
We offer DUA’AIN in Surah Fatihah, and one of it is:
اهدنا الصراط المستقيم
We collectively request Allah swt to Guide us to the:
الصراط المستقيم
1. Straight path
2. Balance and Stable Path
The path that will take the HUMANITY to the RIGHT destination.
Then, in Quran, Allah swt says, through Nabi Hud:
ان ربى على صراط المستقيم
11: 56 (Al-Hud)
Indeed, verily, my RABB; The SUSTENANCE Provider and NOURISHER, is on the Straight Balanced Path.
In the outer space, Allah swt is RUNNING this Universe in the Most Balanced, Perfect and Straight Way.
Allah swt Commanded Nabi saws:
Therefore, ignore what they say and follow/hold fast whatever has been revealed to you. You are truly on the right, straight and balanced path (and you are bound to reach the destination).
And Allah swt Commands Humanity to WILLINGLY run the Earth/World the same Straight and Balanced PATH to REACH the right destination.
Which is that Destination?
“Jannat” in this world and in the Hereafter.
Where there will be:
a. Respect
b. Dignity
c. Eminence
d. Peace of Mind
e. Tranquility
That is where:
How can that happen?
Willingly, closely, consistently and collectively follow, in practice, Allah swt’s Laws, Principles and Permanent Values, and be NOT DIVIDED in SECTS.
There are two basic PRE-REQUISITES:
1. Reflection of Allah swt’s ATTRIBUTES in our Self/Khudi/Self/Psyche/Personality in a balanced way within human limits/boundaries; individually and collectively.
In other words, Character Building in line with Divine Values.
2. Unity of Quranic Ideology among like-minded people; Jama’at-e-Mu’mineen who will then be capable to fully IMPLEMENT Allah swt’s Divine Laws in this world to fulfill the Objectives/Goals SET by Allah swt and take the HUMANITY to the RIGHT DESTINATION; Jannat through SIRA’AT-E-MUSTAQEEM.
What does that mean?
39: 69 (Az-Zumar)
And the Earth/Humanity/Society will glow and shine when there will be Implementation of NIZAM-E-RABOOBIAT; Allah swt’s Laws of RABOOBIAT and all matters would be resolved and decided according to the Divine Laws; All human problems/Obstacles/Hindrances would be decided with JUSTICE and every human being will be DULY paid in Full.
SIRAT-E-MUSTAQEEM
The Straight and Balanced Path
(Another Aspect of Salaat)
In 1: 5 (Al-Fatihah), the following Dua’ to Allah swt comes to our lips:
Ihdina As-Sirata Almustaqeema…..
O’ Allah! Make the path vividly clear and fully BRIGHT that we easily see Haqq as Haqq, and Batil as Batil. And that leads us, without fear and danger, to our destination.
In other words:
Guide us to the straight and most balanced path that leads us to real success; The required destination of the Humanity/Society.
What do we need for the success?
Faculties:
We listen attentively and not just hear.
We carefully and seriously observe and not just see.
We analyze/evaluate using faculties of reasoning and intellect and not just follow blindly.
Above are the GOD-GIFTED Potentials/Abilities for which we will be “questioned”
(17: 36; Bani Israel)
The ONLY way possible to step on SIRA’AT-E-MUSTAQEEM is through Allah swt’s Book; His Laws, Principles and Permanent Values.
WHAT ABOVE MEANS?
By CLOSELY being in touch and following Quran, we will SURELY reach the RIGHT Destination.
(This is also called “Salaat)
