When the stars start radiating dimmer light, this is a CLEAR SIGN of the appearance of shining bright DAWN.
The sun has now risen over the Horizon, and the era/period of deep in slumber withered away.

That era/period during which Muslims were neglligent of their responsibilities set by Divine Guidance has passed.
HOW IT HAPPENED?
The circumstances totally changed when Mustafa Kamal Ataturk rose and stopped advancenent of Kuffar. It gave Muslims a new drive, energies and the needed awakening.

NOTE: By naming the two (2), Allama Sb, probably means, in general, PHILOSOPHERS. This War put Muslims on ALERT (kept them watchful) to ensure their Survival. It implies raising awareness and caution among them to maintain their Existence/Identity.

The storm of the West turned the Muslim into a true Muslim.
It reflects on how the challenges posed by Western powers or modernity awakened or revived the true spirit of Islam in Muslims.
It is the turbulence of the sea that nourishes the pearl.
MESSAGE
This poetic line conveys the idea that struggle, challenges, or turmoil (the sea’s turbulence) are what give rise to beauty, strength, or value (the pearl’s nourishment). It’s a metaphor often used to highlight the importance of hardship in achieving greatness.

“Indeed, Allah never breaks His promise”
This passage encourages steadfast Faith/Conviction, ambition for the collective uplift of the Muslim Community, and Trust in Allah’s unwavering Commitment/Divine Values/Laws.

3. Eloquence of the Arab (speaking with clarity, ability to convey nicely with wisdom and capability, to influence with a powerful force for awakening, the Hearts/Mind-set/Psyche of others.

Iqbal addressing himself: “When it appears to you a lack of enthusiasm or taste for listening to songs (your messages) among your Audience (the Muslims) you should intensify and sharpen your melody (Message, so that your Message get through their Mind-set/Psyche deeply and effectively)”. ADVICE Noticing that the Audience are losing INTEREST in the Message, then an artist/poet/writer should strive to enhance their creative abilities and make their presentation more captivating and appealing in order to regain the attention of their audience. GREAT MESSAGE It is a beautiful piece of advice that encourages artists to continuously improve their craft, especially when they feel that their creations are not receiving the RIGHT appreciation they expect. DEEP INNER LOVE/RESTLESSNESS OF A BEING
The restlessness of a Being/Soul, due to ISHQ/DEEP INNER LOVE; may it be in the peaceful surroundings like a Garden or a safe/sweet home or trees with leafy lofty branches, is constantly and consistently in a STATE OF STRUGGLE/TOIL/TURMOUL just like MURCURY which naturally carries the UNCHANGEABLE property of Tremble.
MESSAGES
A human being’s life must ALWAYS be on the MOVE, FULL OF STRUGGLE/EFFORTS to make LIFE beautiful, like a garden, safe/protected like a sweet home, and with high OBJECTIVES/GOALS like fruitful tree branches reaching the sky.

Why should that Pure/Clear‐seeing eye gaze upon the glitter/ornament of armour on the horse (apparent beauty)
when it sees the valour of the holy warrior (the Real factual beauty, power & strength)?
MEESAGE
Do not just be captivated by the apparent/superficial beauty or external temporary decoration of the things.
Instead, we should focus and value the inner strength, passion and moral courage (the Real Beauty of the things) which can only be seen through the Pure/Clear sight/vision; higher/deeper level of Intellect (چشم پاک بیں).

It is the Morning Breeze that draws/makes its Companion through the Scent of Rose on a fruitful journey.

سوز و ساز : داخلی جذبہ اور تخلیق Passion and creation.
Intense emotions and creative expressions that can drive strength and energy/power.
In Allama’s poetry, we can frequently see the use/application of these words: “Soaz-o-saaz” meaning:
“Reflection of the inner burning/turmoil and passion that triggers/fuels the GOD-GIFTED energy of creativity of a person”
MAIN THEME
It expresses a deep inner idea about the essence of life and the Potentials/Abilities within individuals, particularly within the Muslim community.
NOTE: Let’s keep in mind that GOD-GIFTED Potentials/Abilities, in every person, are in UNDEVELOPED form and need to be developed/actualized in line with the Divine Guidance. Once these are developed then:
1. Inner Secrete of Life
A person gets a profound understanding of the secrets of life hidden within him. This implies that true wisdom and insight into the purpose of life are not external but dwell within one’s own heart and consciousness.
The above is also applicable to community.
2. Call to Action:
Now, on the Individual’s shoulder rests a Responsibility/Duty to share this understanding with others, particularly Muslims. It emphasizes the importance of conveying the message; Inculcate the driving energy/passion, creativity, and the dynamic aspects of life.
3. Awakening Potential:
The overall message encourages individuals to recognize and develop their GOD-GIFTED inner Potentials/Abilities and to inspire others to do the same. It highlights the need for a revival of ACTIVE ENERGY, creativity, and enthusiasm within the community, suggesting that such qualities are essential for personal and collective growth.
CONCLUSION
The key to understanding the PURPOSE OF LIFE lies within us, and it is our Responsibility/Duty to awaken and share this understanding with others, fostering a sense of passion and creativity in our lives and communities.
