Quran says, “There must be a Jama’at Al-Mu’mineen which Establishes:

1. NIZAM-E-RABOOBIAT:

All that fully satisfy the needs of the People; Their Development/Upbringing نشو و نما

2. NIZAM-E-SALA'AT:

Establish Divine System wherein Allah”s Commands are Closely followed.

3. NIZAM-E-ZAKAAT

Setting up the Just Economic System

4. NIZAM-E-MASAJID:

Set up a Just Community Center

And Commands to people to:
  1. Promote Al-Maaroof – المعروف
  2. Stop Al-Munkar – المنكر
Enjoin the doing of what is RIGHT, according to Quran, and forbid the doing of WRONG/VICE, according to Quran.
